• "Respondent" refers to an individual who interacts with a Client's survey, submits a video testimonial, or provides feedback through the Service.
• "User" refers to both Clients and Respondents collectively.
• "User Content" refers to any text, videos, images, or data uploaded to the Service by Clients or Respondents.

2. Account Registration

To access the core features of Seika, Clients must register for an account.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Fees: Access to certain features of Seika requires a subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
• Billing: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds: Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
